What you can explore in guitar lessons

The course is shaped around the student rather than a fixed one-size-fits-all sequence.

Style without a fixed box

Lessons can explore rock, blues, J-rock, jazz, funk and other styles according to the student’s interests.

Several ways to play

Choose from accompaniment, band playing and improvisation rather than following one identical route.

Make the music your own

Songwriting and creative work can become part of the lesson when they match the student’s goals.

Students who reach a suitable stage can be introduced to others and form a band, which then performs at the annual student showcase. See how bands form and what the showcase involves.

A 30-minute introduction, not an audition

The trial lesson lets the student and instructor learn about each other’s starting point and teaching style. The instructor assesses the student’s current level; complete beginners can learn basic posture and complete a few short introductory exercises.
